Repair or replace sink stopper before room is rented to guest or within three days; whichever come first. Observed very bad, large ceiling patch and caulking above shower in Room 121. Appears there may have been previous leak that was repaired. Patch and caulking is not smooth and easily cleanable nor visually acceptable to guest expectations of good repair. Ceiling is to be properly repaired to be smooth and absorbent within 30 days to reopening room following change of ownership.

Dressers noted and any furniture not in good repair is to be discarded at time of change of ownership. Observed vinyl ripped off computer chair at desk in Room 119. Observed very soiled chair not clean to sight and meeting guest expectations as clean in Room 125. Computer chair with ripped vinyl is to be discarded at time of change of ownership. Soiled chair can be attempted to be cleaned but if chair remains visibly soiled it it is to be discarded at time of change of ownership.
