Inspector Notes: Observed vanity sink in Room 121 not draining. Appears that sink stopper is broken. Repair or replace sink stopper before room is rented to guest or within three days; whichever come first. Observed very bad, large ceiling patch and caulking above shower in Room 121. Appears there may have been previous leak that was repaired. Patch and caulking is not smooth and easily cleanable nor visually acceptable to guest expectations of good repair. Ceiling is to be properly repaired to be smooth and absorbent within 30 days to reopening room following change of ownership.

Inspector Notes: Observed excessive mold/mildew buildup on shower walls and caulking in Room 125. Clean shower walls and caulking to sight and touch and to meet guest expectations of clean room in good repair within seven days. Strip and re-caulk joints in shower as needed.

Inspector Notes: Observed holes in walls in Rooms 119 and 121. Observed large hole 2 to 3 inches in size near left bed in Room 121. Observed smaller hole 1 to 2 inches in size in walls at wardrobe in Room 119. Holes in wall are to be patched and painted within seven days.


27 – all furniture, waste receptacles, draperies, carpets; clean, and in good repair, considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation

Inspector Notes: Observed busted dresser drawers in Rooms 119 and 125. Drawers would not open and close properly and falling out of dresser when pulled open. Dressers noted and any furniture not in good repair is to be discarded at time of change of ownership. Observed vinyl ripped off computer chair at desk in Room 119. Observed very soiled chair not clean to sight and meeting guest expectations as clean in Room 125. Computer chair with ripped vinyl is to be discarded at time of change of ownership. Soiled chair can be attempted to be cleaned but if chair remains visibly soiled it it is to be discarded at time of change of ownership.


28 – beds, mattresses, mattress pads, springs, frames, pillows, and bed coverings clean; vermin free and in good condition; bed linen properly supplied, changed and laundered
