Brian Kemp Will Visit ABAC Bainbridge To Sign Bills Into Law

On Tuesday, April 18, Governor Brian Kemp will visit the ABAC-Bainbridge campus to sign two bills into law that were passed by the Georgia Legislature this year. Both bills are related to agriculture, and the ABAC administration is thrilled that he will make it official on it’s campus in Bainbridge. The School of Agriculture and Natural Resources is consistently recognized for producing talented graduates who become leaders in their respective fields. ABAC also recognizes how important it is for the agricultural community to have support from elected officials.

Governor Kemp will be joined by Georgia Agriculture Commissioner Tyler Harper, an ABAC alumnus, ABAC-Bainbridge President Tracy L. Brundage, and other leaders from the college. They hope the community can also join them to witness this important legislation become law.

The signing will take place at the ABAC Bainbridge Library from 4:15 – 5p.m. on Tuesday, April 18. ABAC-Bainbridge faculty invites everyone to attend and, as always, thanks the community for it’s continued support of ABAC.
