Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation. No current gas fired inspection report. Last gas fired inspection was 02/21/20. Owner stated they are redoing the bathroom downstairs and was told to hold off on inspection. I explained to owner that it is required to be inspected by a licensed gas contractor. Contact EH when inspection is complete.

Inspector Notes: Observed no proper ventilation in blue bathroom. Observed mildew around vent on ceiling and something running down the walls. Not sure what was running down the walls. PIC will have walls cleaned by 06/14/22. She will also inform the owner on possibly getting a motorized ventilation. Observed ceiling tile coming down around the vent in the other guest bathroom. PIC stated owner is aware of it and they plan on redoing the ceiling also.
