Inspector Notes: Observed wet stacking metal pans on the shelf next to the 3-compartment sink in kitchen. Utensils and pans shall be properly air dried before stacking. PIC stated she will have employee remove pans so as to allow them to air dry today.

Inspector Notes: Observed old test strips at 3-compartment sink faded and not able to get a reading when used. EH tried test strips for the sanitizing solution of the 3-compartment sink. Was unable to get a reading. Discussed with PIC and showed employees the testing procedure using EH test strips. EH left test strips and they will have some by 09/18/19.
