    Inspector Notes: Observed soiled food contact surfaces of Panasonic microwave, plastic trays on shelf, and inside of Lang convection oven. Observed encrusted grease deposits on the food contact surfaces. Observed the top section of microwave is damaged. Everything will be cleaned by 09/13/19.

    Inspector Notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of rolling cart, shelves, frying and cooking equipment. Also playground should be cleaned. PIC will have all items cleaned by 09/16/19.
