Inspector Notes: Observed cold holding TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods above 41°F in Duke unit at front line. See temperature log for said items. COS: PIC discarded all items. Turned unit down to 39° instead of 41°. Do not use unit until it maintains proper temperature of 41°F or below.


17C – physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean

Inspector Notes: Observed trash/debris under shelves. Also damaged floor tiles in the kitchen area. Will have floors cleaned within two days. Contact management on replacing/repairing missing and broken flood tiles.
