Inspector Notes: Observed improper date marking on TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods held over 24 hours. Observed no date marking on TCS Foods (cooked chicken and beef chili). Beef chili date marked 04/04/24 – 05/04/24. Discussed proper date marking with PIC and CFSM. Any TCS foods held over 24 hours must have proper date marking. COS: PIC properly put correct dates on the beef chili and cooked chicken.
