Inspector Notes: Observed cold holding TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods above 41°F in True Unit at the front serving line. Several containers of 1% lowfat milk out of temperature. COS: CFSM discarded all of the milk and has contacted maintenance to have it fixed. Do not use until working properly. See temperature log for said items.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of Rational oven, fan, and Otis oven. Observed damaged cabinet drawers in the kitchen area. Will have all items cleaned within three days. Will also address the damaged cabinets and drawers.
