Inspector Notes: Observed hot holding TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods below 135°. TCS foods must be hot held at 135° or above. See temperature log for said items. COS: PIC removed the items and stated they have been having issues with the unit and will not use it until it is holding proper temperatures.
