Inspector Notes: Observed soiled floors and walls under shelves and equipment throughout kitchen area. Observed soiled walls also behind shelves and equipment throughout kitchen (Grease buildup). Will have floors and walls cleaned within seven to ten days.

Inspector Notes: Observed a lot of live flies in kitchen area and in dining room area. PIC stated they have just changed to a new pest control company (Orkin). They will contact them today to address the fly issue.
