Inspector Notes: Observed soiled/dirty rolling carts, shelves, knife holder, inside coolers, freezers, and rusted shelves in kitchen. Also soiled area under drink machine. General cleaning is needed of all equipment. PIC will have all items cleaned within five to seven days.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled walls throughout kitchen area and behind and under three compartment sink. Observed ceiling tiles peeling or something coming off of the ceiling in kitchen. A deep cleaning is also needed throughout kitchen area on the floors, walls, and ceiling. Will have floors, walls, and ceiling cleaned within seven to ten days.
