Inspector Notes: Observed cold holding TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods above 41° in Turbo Air unit. See temperature log for said items. TCS foods must be cold held at 41° or below. COS: PIC discarded all items and is having the unit checked by 07/19/22. Until then they will monitor unit to see if employees are leaving the lids up too long.
