Inspector Notes: Observed no paper towels at hand washing sink in kitchen and used by employees. No hand drying provisions available. COS: PIC put paper towels at hand sink.

Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed several trays of meat (chicken and beef) not covered all the way in walk in freezer. Observed uncovered crab salad in walk in cooler. Also uncovered chicken and rangoons in Turbo Air 2-door unit. COS: PIC covered all items.

Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed several wet wiping cloths used to wipe down tables laying on food prep tables and not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. COS: Employee removed all wet wiping cloths.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of shelves, walk in freezer shelves, inside coolers, prep units, outside of ice machine, and rice cookers. Will have all items cleaned within five to seven days.

Inspector Notes: Observed back door to kitchen in poor condition. Door very dirty and screen needs to be replaced. Observed the floor in walk in freezer very dirty and debris everywhere. Soiled floors throughout kitchen area under and behind cookers, fryers, coolers, and shelves. PIC will have floors and walls cleaned with five to seven days.

They have a sign for free soup bowl and the sign does not say you have to order to get a free soup bowl I got a free soup bowl every time I came without ordering from them this day they refused to give me a soap bowl as advertised the next encounter was today I did not order anything but I asked for condiments which was soy sauce and duck sauce the lady picked up the sauses and asked what did I order. I then started I didn’t want to order I just want some sauce. She picked up the sauses and put them in my hand and said a $1 and I said no I’m not paying a $1 for no sauce and she then refused or tried to take the sauces back from me at that point I just took the sauce and she scratched my hand in the process they are false advertising and she tried to charge me for sauses because I did not want to make an order.

    1. Why would you even think you should get a free soup bowl without ordering anything. I certainly understand their point.
