Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed uncovered food in Berg prep unit located in kitchen. A plat of chili rellenos and a pan of raw Swai fish was uncovered. COS: Employee covered all items.

Inspector Notes: Observed wet wiping cloths used to wipe down prep tables laying on prep tables and not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. COS: Employee removed all wet wiping cloths.

Inspector Notes: Observed ice scoop handle in ice in automatic ice machine. Ice scoop handle can not touch the ice. COS: Employee removed ice scoop and properly stored it.
