On Wednesday, September 05, 2018, at approximately 2013 hours, Decatur County Sheriff’s Deputy Raymond Day was dispatched to Phillips Pope Road, in reference to some sort of argument taking place between a male and a female.

OFFENDER: KILPATRICK HOLTON
On 09-04-2018, at approximately 1226 hours, Sergeant Adam Mobley was located in the courtroom at the Decatur County Sheriff’s Office. While there, Sgt. Mobley observed Kilpatrick Holton sitting in the Courtroom. Holton had a Florida Warrant for Theft by Taking Motor Vehicle. Sgt. Mobley informed Holton he was wanted and escorted him to the Decatur County Jail without incident.

OFFENDER: RASHAD GIBSON
On Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at approximately 2256 hours, Deputy Gabriel Cofer was located at the Circle K convenience store at 2011 East Shotwell Street in Bainbridge, Georgia.
Deputy Cofer made contact with Rashad Gibson. Gibson had an Active Probation Violation Warrant out of Decatur County. Gibson was transported to the Decatur County Jail without incident.

OFFENDER: JARVIS BAKER
On September 6, 2018 at approximately 1300 hours, Sgt. Justin Kelly and Sgt. Adam Mobley responded to 230 Simmons McIntyre Road, Decatur County, Georgia, in reference to executing an Active Probation Violation Warrant for Jarvis Baker. Jarvis was arrested and transported to the Decatur County Jail.
