On Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at approximately 2155 hours, Decatur County Sheriff’s Deputy Raymond Day was dispatched to the S&P Truck Stop, 2331 Dothan Road, in reference to a subject in a wheel chair acting strange and doing something with a stick and some lotion. Deputy Day was contacted by Sergeant Pat Bryant with Bainbridge Public Safety and was told he just hung up with the owner of the truck stop, who wished to have Hallmon Trespassed from the property.
