Robert L. “Bobby” Bruce, 75, of Brinson, passed away Sunday, October 19, 2025.

Born August 29, 1950, in Ft. Benning, Georgia, Robert Lee Bruce was the son of Medford and Marjorie Bruce. He worked as a heavy equipment operator and took great pride in a job well done. Robert was married to the love of his life, Linda, for over a decade, and together they shared many years of laughter and love.
Robert was Christian by faith and had a personality as strong as his work ethic. He enjoyed a good argument, tending his yard, and caring for his cats and the many animals that found their way to him. Above all, he loved his wife and his family deeply.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Bruce; his children, Carla & Jay Myers, Tammy Tyler, Stacey & Jimmy Johnson, Robin & Chris Thompson, and Kevin Bruce; his grandchildren, Preston & Brooke, Collin & Sage, Cody, Zach, Briar, Michaela, Thorne, Ronnie & Morgan, and Jayson & Brandi; and numerous great-grandchildren. Robert was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Thomas Bruce.
