Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed soiled food contact surface of Manitowoc automatic ice machine and meat slicer. Ice machine has black mildew inside and food debris still on meat slicer after it has been put back on shelf. Meat slicer was cleaned while EH was present and ice machine is currently being cleaned. Will not serve ice to customers.
