Inspector Notes: Observed ceiling in laundry room paint or stucco separating from the ceiling. Observed the carpet in Room 216 in poor condition. Carpet stained and worn. Also the microwave in Room 216 in poor condition. Microwave is rusted a lot on inside. Walls in Room 216 also have to be cleaned or repainted. Walls in poor condition. Raw wood under the sinks in all of the rooms have to be stained or painted. Bathroom walls in Room 106 must be repainted. Room 117 has stained carpet. Contact EH with a plan of corrective action and when work will start.
