Inspector Notes: Observed soiled food contact surface of Toastmaster microwave with build up of food debris. Observed also microwave rusting on the inside food contact surface. Rust along the door on the inside and not easily cleanable or in good repair. Will have microwave replaced within two to three weeks.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of rolling carts and inside Hoshicaki upright freezer with a build up of debris on the bottom and soiled shelves throughout area, etc. Will have shelves and equipment cleaned within five to seven days.
