Inspector Notes: Observed hot holding TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods below 135°F on the Vollrath unit in the kitchen. The out of temperature food was sitting on the warmer. Food not in warmer. EH explained everything to the CFSM. See temperature log for said items. COS: Employee discarded the food.
