Inspector Notes: Observed hot holding TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods below 135°F in warmers and serving line. See temperature log for said items. TPHC (Time as a Public Health Control) does not apply. School not using TPHC. COS: CFSM stated she is having the Winston Warmer serviced since all the food came from that oven. Will monitor all the TCS foods.
