Inspector Notes: Observed soiled food contact surface of meat slicer in dishwashing station on shelf. The blade and the slicer has a buildup and debris. Will have it cleaned by 12/22/23. Cutting board needs to be resurfaced or replaced. al lot of build up on the cutting board.
