Inspector Notes: Observed employee handling food and utensils after wiping their hands on apron. Still had gloves on and did not changed gloves or wash hands. CFSM will retrain employee on food handling and safety to prevent cross contamination.

Inspector Notes: Observed a lot of dust on the ceiling in the kitchen area, on vents, and electrical wire/lines. Observed rusty shelves in kitchen area. Will have ceiling cleaned over Christmas break and repaint/replace rusted shelves.
