Inspector Notes: Observed ceiling in men’s locker room flaking and falling from ceiling throughout restroom/shower area of locker room. Facility is to research repair of ceiling in locker room and provide EH plan of corrective action within 60 days of how and when locker room ceiling repair will occur.

Inspector Notes: Reviewed facility’s water testing records. Observed total alkalinity testing has not been documented weekly on log sheet as required by rules. Observed a few days where chlorine was only tested one time daily. Chlorine and pH are required to be tested a minimum of two times during the hours of operation even if swimming pool is open half a day. Chlorine and pH are to be tested twice daily.
