Inspector Notes: Observed no hand drying provisions at front hand washing sink and no hot water available at back hand washing sink by three compartment sink. PIC put paper towels at front hand washing sink. PIC stated they will use it until hot water is available to back hand sink.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled walls and floors under and behind coolers, freezers, and grill station. Observed broken cove molding in several areas. Will have three to five days to clean floors and walls. Also need to discuss with EH the floor tile repairs.
