Inspector Notes: Observed a heavy grease build up on the floors and walls behind deep fryers and oven in kitchen. Also observed soiled vents/grates on hood system and soiled floors in walls throughout kitchen area with grease build up. Observed ceilings in dining room soiled, dusty, and showing cracks around grill station. Noted walls are being patched in dining room and not completely finished. Dining room is in need of a remake/remodel. CFSM stated that the contractor Glisson will be here Sunday 11/12/23 to clean the hood system and grates and grease from behind cookers and fryers. Will have five to seven days to clean the rest of the facility including kitchen and dining area. CFSM stated they are working on the plan of corrective action to be given to EH. They have sealed holes in the ceiling and walls and still in the works for repainting.
