Inspector Notes: Observed soiled food contact surfaces of the automatic ice machine at the drive thru area. Observed mildew/slime inside of the ice machine. Will have it cleaned today. Do not serve ice to customers until it has been properly cleaned.

Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed cold holding TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) above 41° in/on the center line unit in kitchen. All TCS foods must be held at 41° or below. COS: PIC discarded all of the product. Will pull from WIC until unit is operating properly.

Inspector Notes: Observed a lot of live flies throughout kitchen area and dining room. Orkin serviced facility on 07/24/23. Contact pest control company today to address issues. Do not put fly strips over any food, food prep, shelves, dishes, etc.
