Inspector Notes: Observed cold holding TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods above 41°F in Everest unit and WIC. See temperature log for said items. All TCS foods must be cold held at 41°F or below. CFSM discarded product and called service technician to come today. Will not use unit until unit maintains proper temperature.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of all the warmers, coolers, freezers, shelves, racks, deep fryers, buffet, etc. All equipment is in need of a deep cleaning. Will have equipment cleaned within 7 to 10 days.

Inspector Notes: Observed damaged ceiling tiles in kitchen and dining room area. Observed soiled floors under all shelves and equipment. Dirty build-up on floors. Observed soiled walls throughout the kitchen. Floors and walls will be cleaned within 7 to 10 days.
