Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed cold holding TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods above 41°F in Beverage Air Unit in lunchroom. Repeat violation with same unit. See temperature log for said items. COS: CFSM discarded all of the milk and not using the Beverage Air unit until it maintains proper temperature.
