Inspector Notes: Observed shelving and food product containers not clean to sight and touch. Greasy film noted on shelving and containers (seasoning bottled and boxed) by fryers. PIC stated shelving will be clean to sight and touch within three days. Discard any food containers that cannot be used within next seven days or wiped clean to sight and touch.

Inspector Notes: Observed prep sink (hood system side of wall) coming off wall and not securely anchored to wall. Sink appeared to have been previously repaired. PIC stated that she will discuss repair and anchoring of sink with landlord. She stated the wall that the sink is mounted to may have to be repaired. Repair of sink (and wall if needed) is to be completed within 30 days. Also mop sink is to be provided and located for cleaning of mops, brooms, disposal of mop water, and similar waste. Remove all bottles and containers currently stored in mop sink by 06/28/23 close of business.

Inspector Notes: Observed floor/wall juncture separating and having large crack/opening near wall at mop sink. In same location observed baseboard coming off wall. Large crack and opening can offer harborage to pets and varmints. PIC is to discuss repair of wall/floor juncture with landlord. Repair wall/floor juncture within 30 days.
