Inspector Notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of metal shelves, rolling cart, and wooden shelves. Paint is coming off. Items need to be repainted. Can opener and cabinet doors up front are in bad repair. Need to be fixed. Items will be cleaned by 06/01/23. Repairs made to cabinets made within five to seven days. Note: Also some seats are torn in dining room and in need of repair.
