Room 26: Observed Bud Light beer can left in refrigerator. Rooms 34 and 41: Observed dresser drawers not clean to sight and touch. Observed debris, hair, and room card in drawers. Owner removed clothing from dresser in Room 23. Owner removed beer can from refrigerator in Room 26. Owner stated he will discuss cleaning, checking, and vacuuming drawers with housekeeping. All vacant rooms are to have dresser drawers inspected and clean to sight and touch by 05/05/23.

At that time owner stated new wiring has been ran and light would be replaced ASAP. Light fixture has not been replaced as owner stated it would. Light fixture and fan are to be replaced and operable by 05/05/23/
