Inspector Notes: Observed nonfood contact surfaces of rolling carts, Frigidaire chest freezer (seal broken), upright freezer (damaged seal) and rusted shelves. Will have all items cleaned by 05/01/23 and seals replaced on freezers.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled ceilings throughout kitchen area. Ceiling vent by hood system is dripping grease. Will have ceiling cleaned with five to seven days. Ceiling at ice station has damaged vent. Has water leak (?).
