Inspector Notes: Observed cold holding TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods above 41° in both of the Turbo Air prep units. See temperature log for said items. TCS food must be held at 41°F or below. COS: CFSM discarded all items and contacted a professional in appliances to address the issue. Do not use the unit until it will maintain temperatures.

Inspector Notes: Observed rusted shelves in the kitchen, paint worn off of wooden shelves, and soiled nonfood contact surfaces of the microwaves. Will have microwaves cleaned today. CFSM stated shelves will be repaired by 01/05/22.
