Inspector Notes: Observed no hot water at two handwashing sinks (kitchen and service area/register) All hand washing sinks must have hot water available to them. CFSM has contacted owner about the issue. Call EH when they have hot water to hand washing sink.

Inspector Notes: Observed improper thawing of seven bags of Queso sauce in veggie sink in kitchen. Cannot submerge items in water. Improper thawing method. Discussed proper thawing methods with CFSM. COS: CFSM removed the bags of Queso.

Inspector Notes: Observed the floor in the kitchen by dishwashing area sagging. CFSM stated she will inform owner to address issue. Also WIC door broken. Door broke today and will be fixed ASAP.
