| Narrative | On Monday, December 5, 2022, at 0717 hours, Decatur County Sheriff's Office (DCSO) Investigator (Inv.) Vincent Edmond was on duty and located in Bainbridge, Georgia. Inv. Edmond had been assigned to a special assignment detail that included Probation Officers with the State of Georgia Department of Community Supervision (DCS) and Bainbridge Public Safety (BPS) Inv. Gaston Corson. Officers were assisting DCS with checking probationers and parolees with gang affiliations for illegal drugs or contraband. At this time, law enforcement officers and DCS officers were at an address to attempt to make contact with probationer Shane Thomas Hoskins. Hoskins was later located in an RV at the Hales Landing Campground in Bainbridge, Georgia along with Joshua Taylor; Whiney Herrod; Hoskins, Taylor, and Herrod were later arrested for various drug and/or weapon offenses and transported to the Decatur County Jail. |

| Narrative | On December 7, 2022, at approximately 1533 hours, Deputy Sam Hughes was notified of two Wanted subjects that were in the Decatur County Sheriff's Office Lobby. Deputy Hughes contacted C.I.D. Captain Adam Mobley and requested his assistance in taking the two subjects into custody. Deputy Hughes and Capt. Mobley contacted both suspects, Timothy Clinton and Sarah Clinton, in the lobby. Both Timothy and Sarah had a Bench Warrant O/C Entering into Designated WRD Without Land Pass, for State Court of Decatur County. Timothy and Sarah were both arrested without incident and walked back to the Decatur County Jail where they were turned over to Decatur County Jail Staff. |

Adam Mobley, Inv. Steve Clark, Inv. Elijah McCoy, Patrol Deputy Jordan Phillips, Patrol Deputy Sam Hughes, Bainbridge Public Safety (BPS) Inv. Mark Esquivel, Inv. Josh Glover, Inv. Ladaric Jones, and Inv. Gaston Corson were on scene at 163 Blackjack Road Bainbridge, Georgia and executed a search warrant at this residence. During the search warrant execution Paul Artez Moore was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, less than an Ounce and a outstanding warrant for Simple Battery (Family Violence). Tony Butler was at the residence and discovered to be in possession of crack cocaine. Both of these subjects were arrested and transported to the Decatur County Jail. |
