Star Meat Delivery Inc., located in Lucama, N.C., is recalling approximately 167,639 pounds of raw pork, beef, and goat products that were produced without the benefit of federal inspection, bearing labels with a false USDA mark of inspection, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. As more information becomes available, FSIS may update the product list and labels with additional items.
Any product bearing the false establishment number “EST. 1363” should be considered misbranded and unsafe to eat.
The raw pork, beef, and goat items were produced on various dates prior to September 22, 2026. The products were vacuum-sealed and packed into cardboard boxes for shipment; individual consumer packages may not bear this labeling, as retail stores may have applied their own stickers with pricing and safe handling instructions.
The following products, distributed in bulk under the A&D Foods label, are subject to recall [view currently available labels]:
The products subject to recall bear false marks of inspection with establishment number “EST. 1363,” which does not have a federal grant of inspection. These items were shipped to A&D Foods, a distributor in Georgia, for further distribution to retail and restaurant locations nationwide.
The problem was discovered during FSIS surveillance activities.
There have been no confirmed reports of illness or injury due to consumption of these products. Anyone concerned about an illness or injury should contact a healthcare provider.
Food produced without inspection may contain undeclared allergens, harmful bacteria, or other contaminants that put consumer health and safety at risk. FSIS is concerned that some product may be in the refrigerators or freezers of consumers, restaurants, or retailers. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. Retailers and restaurants are urged not to sell or serve these products. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
FSIS routinely conducts recall effectiveness checks to verify recalling firms notify their customers of the recall and that steps are taken to make certain that the product is no longer available to consumers. Gias Foods of New York, NY is recalling 2 Lots of bettergoods Authentic Italian Lemon Alfredo Fettuccine, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.
Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, Listeria monocytogenes infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.
The Authentic Italian Lemon Alfredo Fettuccine was distributed nationwide at Walmart Inc. stores.
The recalled bettergoods brand Authentic Italian Lemon Alfredo Fettuccine is frozen and packaged in a 22 oz, yellow plastic.

No illnesses have been reported to date.
The recall was the result of a routine sampling program conducted by Washington State Department of Agriculture and Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, which revealed that the finished products may contain the bacteria. The company has ceased the distribution of the product as FDA and the company continue their investigation as to what caused the problem.

GF Blends is recalling Truly AIP All Purpose Flour and Bread Mix and EAT G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. Flat Bread Pizza Mix listed below due to potential undeclared wheat gluten. People who have celiac disease or a severe gluten intolerance run the risk of adverse health effects or allergic reactions if they consume these products.
These recalled products were manufactured using Plantain Flour supplied by PMF Global, which was labelled and as certified gluten free. Independent third-party testing confirmed the plantain flour ingredient contained gluten and recalled products all tested at levels significantly exceeding the FDA’s 20 ppm, therefore containing undeclared wheat gluten. GF Blends will further test to confirm for wheat gluten.
We have not received any reports of adverse health effects as of the September 17, 2026 recall.

The affected products were distributed via our customers up to September 12, 2026 on eatgangster.com and https://trulyaip.com/, on Amazon.com to retail and online customers nationwide.
Consumers who have celiac disease or a severe wheat gluten intolerance should not consume the recalled products. Product should be returned to the place of purchase for a full refund or discarded. GF Blends has notified our customers by email and phone and is arranging for replacement of all recalled products.
