| Narrative | On February 2, 2024, at approximately 0350 hours, Career Criminals Unit investigators Captain Adam Mobley, Lieutenant John Presilla, Sergeant Justin Kelly, and Sergeant William McClanahan along with Georgia State Patrol Troopers Mead Kelly and Dylan Smith attempted to perform a traffic stop on a 2017 black in color Chevy Impala, driven by Labarette Anderson, for driving 75mph in a 55mph zone. When Trooper Smith turned onto Quincy Hwy and activated his emergency lights and siren, Anderson began to flee, driving more than 20 mph over the posted speed limit. Anderson then hit a deer while driving 90mph which caused his vehicle to deploy the airbags. Anderson continued to flee and began to throw items out of the window of the vehicle. Anderson was arrested and booked in to the Decatur County Jail. |

| Narrative | On Friday, February 2, 2024, at approximately 1500 hours, Decatur County Sheriff's Office Investigator Adam Mobley was located at the Decatur County Sheriff's Office, where he met with multiple members of the U.S. Marshals. They informed Inv. Mobley they had information that Rayvon Moten was located at 400 Walnut Street, Bainbridge, GA. Inv. Mobley and the U.S. Marshals then proceeded to that address and surrounded the apartment. The U.S. Marshals began calling out Rayvon Moten on the loud speaker and he quickly came outside with his hands up. Rayvon Moten was arrested at that time and transported to the Decatur County Jail without incident. |
