Current (12/28/22) inspection report is to be posted in public view with no blocking of any part of report. Post 12/28/22 report by day’s end.

Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed dirty washrag hanging on shower faucets in Room 122. Owner removed washrag. Owner to discuss cleaning with housekeeper concerning rag. All bathrooms are to be cleaned to sight and touch and sanitized after guests leave. Observed bathroom door in Room 137 has hole/dented portion at bottom of door. Noticed other rooms having similar issues. All bathrooms are to be maintained in good repair. All bathroom doors having holes, cracks, etc. are to be repaired or replaced within 60 days.

Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Carpet in Rooms 119, 122, and 124 not clean to sight and touch. Carpets had visible dirt, debris, crackers, and did not appear to have been vacuumed since last guest. Owner stated he will have housekeeper go back and vacuum rooms.

Inspector Notes: Repeat Violation: Observed nightstand switch in Room 124 does not cut light on/off. Owner will replace switch or replace assembly as needed. Switch is missing. Observed furniture in Rooms 122 and 124 very dusty. Observed extremely dusty A/C unity in Room 137. Owner stated no one has stayed in rooms for several months and he will have housekeeper dust rooms. Observed busted dresser in Room 137. Middle drawer of dresser was also missing. Dresser does not appear to be repairable. Owner is to replace dresser within 30 days.
