Floors, walls, and ceiling not clean to sight and touch. Worker was actively cleaning at time of inspection. Noted areas to clean to worker. Entire unit is to be thoroughly deep cleaned to sight and touch within next seven days. Observed painted floor bubbling, peeling, and worn. Floor is to be cleaned to sight and touch and repainted within 30 days or stripped of paint back to bare aluminum floor within 30 days.
