All gas fired equipment is to be inspected annually by qualified licensed contractor or local fire authority. Inspection record is to be on file for review when requested. If PIC or manager emails current inspection report to EH by 11/02/22, 12:00 PM, EH will revise current inspection report.

Inspector Notes: Observed women’s restroom has bad leak at toilet when flushed. Currently has towel wrapped around piping/handle. Toilets available for guest use to remain in good repair. Out of order signage is to be placed on restroom door ASAP and toilet is to be repaired/replaced. PIC put sign on door before leaving.

Soap dispensers are to be provided and either liquid or powdered soap available to guest for hand washing. Pump soap dispensers are to be installed by 11/02/22 at 12:00 PM and used temporarily until soap dispensers can be installed.
