Murphy made contact with Bainbridge Public Safety and Georgia State Patrol units, who were already on scene. The owner of the overturned vehicle, Hunter Bennett, arrived on scene and was looking inside his vehicle as GSP officer Heard was working the accident. Hunter was advised by Officer Heard several times to stay away from the vehicle and to get back until he finishes up working the accident. Hunter was advised the he will be arrested for obstruction if he continues to go back to the vehicle. Hunter went back to the vehicle after being warned and was then told by Dep. Murphy that he is under arrest for obstruction. |

Dispatched advised that the caller stated there was a man on a blue motorcycle and had almost hit her son. She also advised that the motorcycle was just circling the area. Dep Moore had been advised the day prior of a motorcycle matching that description had fled from Bainbridge Public Safety units and was unregistered and uninsured. After fleeing from Deputy Moore, Edmondson was eventually apprehended and booked in to the Decatur County Jail. |
