Inspector Notes: Observed uncovered pans of okra, crabs with meat, raw fish, and lobster meat in the WIC, Turbo Air Unit and M3 Unit in the kitchen. COS: PIC/CFSM covered all items.

Inspector Notes: Observed soiled floors under equipment, shelves, sinks, and coolers. Observed walls in the kitchen area in need of cleaning. Observed ceiling tiles and ceiling stained and worn. Will have all items cleaned within seven to eight days and will work on redoing shelves (rust and paint).
