Inspector Notes: Observed the inside of the Hamilton Beach microwave in kitchen damaged. Rust on the inside and pieces coming off. Observed employee not sanitizing any of the utensils and equipment when washed. Employee skipped the sanitizing step. PIC and EH properly trained employee. Boyd’s will replace microwave within three to five days.

Inspector Notes: Observed several live flies in the kitchen area while inspecting. PIC will contact pest control today to address the issue. Flies landing on counters, etc.
