Inspector Notes: Room 127–Observed a large amount of water pooled around toilet. Toilet seal appears to be leaking. Discussed with manager. Room is to be taken out of service until toilet is repaired. Room 307–Observed juncture of shower wall and pan not caulked or sealed. There is approximately an 18″ gap that is not sealed. Discussed with manager. Shower pan and wall juncture will be caulked.


27 – all furniture, waste receptacles, draperies, carpets; clean, and in good repair, considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation

Inspector Notes: Room 317–Observed curtain hanging off fixture in room. Discussed with manager to have staff rehang curtain or replace curtain as needed. Room 127–Observed right lamp having no bulb. Discussed with manager. Manager will have staff replace bulb today. Room 315–Observed left night lamp shade busted and showing evidence of cracking and holes. Discussed with manager. Lamp shade will be replaced as soon as possible. Room 209–Observed right night lamp flickering badly. Bulb may be going bad. Discussed with manager. Housekeeping staff will replace bulb. If bulb replacement does not repair issue, lamp is to be replaced. Room 209–Observed dresser showing evidence of water damage (leak from refrigerator). Dresser is to be repaired or replaced and refrigerator checked if more damage is noted.

Inspector Notes: See 10/12/22 swimming pool inspection. Pool was voluntarily closed due to critical violation #6, pH below minimum level. Manager voluntarily closed pool and locked entry gate.
