PIC Mo stated the particular toilet has had issues. He stated he will repair or replace toilet. Toilet is to be repaired or replaced by 10/27/22.

(j)–soap dispensers shall be provided at each lavatory. (n)–soap shall be provided in all dispensers. Have previously discussed requirement for providing soap and dispensers for guest use with new owners on 10/5/22. PIC Mo is to contact owners to see if dispensers have been ordered. Dispensers are to be installed by 11/15/22. Until time soap dispensers are installed, facility is to keep pump hand soap for guest use at all lavatories (bath house and pool rest rooms). Hand pump soap dispensers to be installed 10/25/22.
