Inspector Notes: Rule .17(2) pH; Observed pH level of pool at time of inspection to be 7.0, below minimum pH level of 7.2. PIC MO voluntarily closed/locked pool. PIC is to contact CPO to adjust pH level to range between 7.2-7.8.

Inspector Notes: Observed soap not provided at restrooms at pool area. PIC Mo is to check with Park owners regarding status of soap dispensers and replace pump hand soap until time soap dispensers can be installed.

Inspector Notes: Rule .22(12); Reviewed pool records on file. Daily safety checks are not being conducted and documented on log sheet as required by Pool Rules. PIC MO will begin monitoring and conducting safety checks and recording on DPH log sheet. Will email or hand delivery log sheet to PIC.

Inspector Notes: Rule .22(7); Facility does not have “responsible person” on site trained to perform daily water testing, safety checks, and maintenance on pool. PIC Mo is scheduled to take online CPO course 11/8-11/9/22.

Inspector Notes: Rule .22(6); Review of pool records indicate that records are not being kept or maintained as prescribed in Pool Rules. No records were documented or circulation/filtration systems, safety checks, pool stairs and deck, and any maintenance/corrective actions performed. PIC Mo or Park owners are to discuss with CPO Langston Pool Rules and record keeping requirements and begin using DPH logs. Log as currently being kept by CPO Langston does not meet minimum log requirements within Pool Rules.

PIC Mo is to check with Park owners regarding ordering pool test kit. Have previously provided owners with test kit manufacturer and model that EH uses for inspections.

Inspector Notes: Rule .074(1)(c); Observed timer for circulation/pump system appears to be set to cut on at 10:00 AM (time pool opens). Per Rules, timer device must be set to provide at least on complete turnover prior to pool opening. If pool opens at 10:00 AM, set timer to cut circulation/pump system on at 4:00 AM. PIC Mo is to investigated and reset pool timer controls.
