Investigator Hughes noted that Offender, Matthew Jacobs, registered the address of 900 Pine Street Bainbridge, Decatur County, Georgia on his Annual Registration on July 15, 2022. Investigator Hughes learned of another incident that occurred on Parrish Road in Bainbridge, Decatur County, Georgia on September 25, 2022 that resulted in a warrant being issued for Jacobs' arrest. |

While there, Phillips stated she had just found her wallet in the bushes and $10 was missing. Inv. Wooten and Cpt. Mobley searched the area for any evidence and examined the window that Tracey Phillips said was damaged by a BB. No evidence could be located. |

Trolinger had previously knowledge prior to this arrival, that a set of squatters, possibly Brian McMillan and Jill Toliver, had been attempting to reside in this residence. It is to be notated that this residence was known to be vacant and the owner was currently living in Dothan, Alabama with his son. |
