Inspector Notes: Observed rusted magnetic ice holder in kitchen on wall holding several knives. The knife blades are touching rust. CFSM will have the knife holder replaced by end of week. Do not use knife holder.

Inspector Notes: Observed FRP panels in the kitchen food prep area painted a dark burgundy color. All walls in the kitchen area and food prep area have to be light in color. CFSM stated that the owner is in the process of replacing all of the dark painted FRP panels.
